Who we are

Zoey Monster Ventures LLC is a real estate investment and property management company focused on the luxury market. We acquire and hold high-end residences in established Chicago neighborhoods and landmark buildings such as John Hancock Center and Lake Point Tower, and we design, renovate, stage, and furnish them with design-forward materials and finishes, building steady relationships with the trade and vendor partners who help us maintain them.

Our approach favors patience over speed: we underwrite conservatively, renovate with materials that hold up, and manage tenant relationships directly rather than handing that judgment off to a third party. We bring the same standards, vendor relationships, and attention to detail to every residence we own.
